| Class A Autobody takes pride in being a customer oriented company. We are highly recognized in the industry for quality and detail. We understand the inconveniences incurred while having vehicles repaired, we try to help by providing 24 hr. 7 days a week towing services and will arrange for local rent a car companies (Enterprise & Alamo) to offer reduced rates and customer pick ups. We have a comfortable waiting area. Our customers are consistently satisfied with our workmanship, attention to detail and friendly atmosphere. Our normal operating hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Saturday 9AM-12PM. Extended hours available by appointment only. Please feel free to visit our repair facility at your convenience. |

| Collision repair is a complicated process requiring specialized technical skills, equipment and a sophisticated facility. You can be confident that your vehicle will be repaired right the first time when you choose Class A Autobody. Our staff are I-CAR trained professionals, which means we successfully strive to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Class A Autobody recognizes that training is an ongoing process based on rapidly changing vehicle technology so we show our commitment by re qualifying for the I-CAR designation every year.

| Direct Repair Program |
If
you've had an accident call your insurance agent and then call Class A Autobody. As a partner in the Direct Repair Program, we can
save you the headache of running from place to place gathering claim
forms, insurance paperwork and repair estimates. As an authorized
DRP body shop, we work directly with your insurance company using
electronic claim filing and repair approval.
Direct Repair is available through most major insurance companies and allows for the almost-immediate repair of your damaged vehicle. When you call Class A Autobody and request DRP, we will complete your claim form and an estimate of repairs and send them electronically to your claims office along with photos of your vehicle if necessary. Once we have your approval we will begin to repair your vehicle. When the repairs are complete, you pay any applicable deductibles as required by your insurance policy and the remainder of the bill is sent to your insurance company. It doesn't get much easier than that! You receive quicker service and drive away with our workmanship and product warranties in place.
